Aluminium Pellet for Plastics

The pelletised aluminium pigment is composed of aluminium powder, additives, and a carrier. The aluminium powder consists of silver dollar and cornflake particles ranging from 5 to 100 µm in size. Pelletised aluminium pigment typically contains approximately 80% aluminium, with the remainder comprising additives and carrier materials. Plastics enhanced with our pelletised aluminium pigment can withstand temperatures up to 280°C for 5 minutes, with certain models offering resistance up to 300°C.

PELPLAS

The PELPLAS series comprises low-dusting, low-VOC aluminium pigment pellets designed for various polymers. PELPLAS products contain approximately 80% aluminium and 20% polymers and additives. This series also exhibits excellent temperature resistance, enduring up to 280°C to 300°C.
