Product Introduction

Through organic/inorganic coating,a uniform and dense coloring layer is formed on the surface of the aluminium sheet,which makes the aluminium pigment have high metallic texture and excellent properties such as hiding effect,weather resistance,acid and alkali resistance, and rich and colorful color effects.Organic colored aluminium pigment is grafted with organic color powder and aluminium paste,and is protected by polymer.It has rich and stable colors and good temperature resistance.Inorganic Colored Aluminium pigment is water-based aluminium paste coated with iron oxide,similar to the pearlescenteffect.It also has a high metallic texture,high temperature resistance,acid and alkali resistance.It is widely used in powder coatings,automotive coatings,printing inks,3C,UVand other industries.

1.Organic colored aluminium  pigment  is  currently  solvent-based.Ifyou  need  to  use  it  in  water-based or other systems,please  commu- nicate and confirm with our technical staff first.

2.Inorganic  colored  aluminium  pigment  suitable  for  water-based,solvent-based  and  powder  coatings.Ifyou  need  to  adjust  the  state  or solvent type,please  communicate  and  confirm  with  our  technical  staff first.

3.The above parameters are issued according to company testing standards.The specific use effect is subject to the actual test of the customer.Parameters such as particle size and non-volatile content can be adjusted according to customer needs.

4.0ur company’s  colored  aluminium  pigment  is  mainly  divided  into  organic  colored  aluminium  pigment  and  inorganic  colored  alumini- um  pigment.The  production  process  and  coloring  methods  are  different.Ifother  colors  are  required,please  communicate  and  confirm  with  our  technical  staff first.
