Aluminium production is divided into four steps: Ball Milling, Sieving, Fliterpress and Mixer.

1. Ball Milling

Spherical aluminium powder and additives are added to the ball mill for further refinement. Due to the shear forces of the steel balls, the aluminium powder is grounded into flake form.

2. Sieving

The milled aluminium flakes are sieved through screens with different mesh sizes to classify the particles, ensuring that only aluminium paste meets the required standards passes through. A strong magnet is used to effectively remove iron impurities, further improving the purity of the aluminium paste.

3. Filter press

The aluminium paste is press-filtered to remove the oil. It was pressed into a semi-solid form, after which it was taken to a blender for mixing.

4. Mixing

Aluminium pastes from different production batches are uniformly mixed in a kneader into one batch. Solvents can be added to adjust the non-volatile content as needed, and dispersants or antioxidants may be introduced to enhance the performance and stability of the aluminium paste.

5. Packing

Aluminium paste is sealed in iron drums to prevent exposure to air and stored in a cool, dry environment to avoid oxidation and degradation. The packaging is sealed, and labels with batch numbers and storage information are applied to ensure safe storage and traceability.

6. Environmental Protection and Transport

Sunrise’s aluminium paste complies with environmental regulations, using low-VOC solvents to meet the required standards. During transportation, strict fire and explosion safety measures are followed to ensure the safe handling and storage of the aluminium paste.
